Praise, Prayers, and Thanksgiving 2025
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good!

Please join Thrive Church as we conduct a time of praise and prayer to develop a spirit of Thanksgiving. As we approach Thanksgiving, we must take a moment to stop and reflect on our lives, giving thanks to God for all He has done. It is a time to be mindful of how God has brought us through difficult and trying times and to be thankful for His continued faithfulness and provision. This year, we will make it available for everyone to pray at a convenient time for you and your schedule.
In your daily devotional time, begin with a quiet heart. Ask Holy Spirit to bring back to your memory how God has answered prayers with faithfulness and mercy. As you Engage with God, be ready to grow in intimacy and deepen your relationship with Him.
Colossians 4:2: “Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and thankful heart.”
Attached is a compiled list of praises and needs. The list is simply suggestions for you to consider. Browse through and let Holy Spirit speak to your heart as He Equips you.
James 1:5: “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”
Our prayer for you is that you will emerge Empowered to stand strong in faith and be warriors Everywhere in Jesus’ name!

Pray for the healing of our nation:
Pray for our president and government leaders to make wise decisions
Pray for God’s Love to conquer the ignorance of Hate
Pray that we faithfully trust God through these frightening and uncertain times.
Pray for victory over the evil of terrorism.
Pray for the nation of Israel:
Pray for God’s favor over Israel
Pray for the people of Ukraine, their continued fight for freedom, and many other countries that face oppression from aggressive nations
Pray for the continued massacre of Christian brothers and sisters in Nigeria.
Pray for God to bring peace and hope.
Pray for God to provide property for Thrive’s new home.
Pray for those struggling financially due to job loss resulting from the government shutdown and the rising cost of inflation.
Pray for those re-entering the workforce
Pray for Thrive to be able to minister to those in need
Pray for help and ministry-needed supplies
PRAYERS FOR HEALING
Pray against a possible resurgence of COVID-related and new respiratory strains of flu as we approach the flu season.
Pray for healing for those battling and whose health has been compromised due to cancer and other diseases.
Pray for those who are battling drug addiction and the loss of loved ones to this horrific disease.
Pray for those who suffer from loneliness and depression, especially heading into the holiday season.
Pray for shut-ins and those who live alone.

Pray for more people to become involved in serving on ministry teams.
Continued prayers for Children’s ministry: for God to bring more children to experience His love and acceptance
